At Odell Law, PLC, we exist for one reason: to stand up for employees who’ve been wronged by their employer. We started this firm to make sure employees in Orange County and Los Angeles have someone in their corner who will fight as hard for them as a large company’s legal team fights for it.

Our Story

Founding attorney Robert A. Odell spent a decade practicing law before opening Odell Law, PLC to focus entirely on representing employees — never employers. That experience shows in how we build a case: Robert has served as lead trial counsel in matters that resulted in seven- and eight-figure verdicts, including a $25.1 million jury verdict that stands as the largest single-plaintiff whistleblower award in California history. He’s been named to the Daily Journal’s “Top 100 Lawyers in California” and recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star multiple years running.

We built our firm on a simple idea: clients deserve a lawyer who’s actually prepared to go to trial, not just settle for whatever an employer’s insurance company offers first. That reputation is why employers and their attorneys take an Odell Law, PLC case seriously from day one.

Our Approach

We intentionally keep our caseload manageable so every client gets real access to their attorney, not just a paralegal or a case manager.
