Claudette H. Villicaña, Esq. – Associate Attorney
Claudette joined Odell Law, PLC, in 2021 as an Associate Attorney with incredible ambition to tackle our cases relating to various employment-related issues, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour disputes.
Prior to joining Odell Law, Claudette gained valuable experience in different practice areas including employment law, general civil litigation, immigration law and intellectual property. In addition to Claudette’s fluency as a Spanish speaker and great attention to detail, she is a compassionate professional who keeps her clients well informed and supported during what can be a difficult time in their lives. Her professionalism and high degree of integrity contributes to her passion as an excellent oral advocate.
In her free time, Claudette enjoys discovering new restaurants, attending local sporting events, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sheeda Sanai – Office Manager
Sheeda is the Office Manager for Odell Law, PLC, and has been in this capacity since December of 2022. She graduated from Cal State University Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. While learning more about the world of law, she manages social media, case files and all client affairs. She’s eager and excited to help and assist everyone who contacts the firm! Sheeda spends her free time hiking, painting, and playing with her dog!
Ali I. Bushra, Esq. – Of Counsel
The Bushra Law Firm was established in April 2017 by Ali Bushra, the firm’s Principal Attorney. After gaining extensive experience in civil litigation through his successful representation of several aggrieved employees and workers in California, Mr. Bushra was determined to form a plaintiff-focused employment law practice with the mission of serving individuals who have had their employment rights violated. Mr. Bushra takes the vindication of his clients’ rights very seriously and it is his mantra to serve every client with unwavering compassion, integrity, and zeal.
